You are two steps away from completing your membership and being able to participate in NJHSA activities.

STEP 1 Complete your renewal form
STEP 2 Make your payment. You will not be considered a renewed member until  you complete your payment.

If you are not in our current membership database, you will not be granted renewed membership.

ACTIVITY AND GRADUATION PLANING


As outlined in the NJHSA Handbook, 7th‑ and 11th‑grade families assist with the graduation ceremony and reception for the 8th‑ and 12th‑grade classes. This allows graduating families to fully enjoy their celebration. Your participation is essential to the success of these events.

Please indicate if you will have a student in any of the following grades (Select all that apply)

If you have a 7th or 11th grader please select one of the following requirements otherwise select "I do not have a 7th or 11th grader.
I will assist in the Graduation Ceremony or Reception for this year's graduating class
Pay the $100 fee which will go towards the graduation budget
I do not have a 7th or 11th grader

Graduation Service Fee Acknowledgment — I understand that I will be invoiced $100 if I do not assist with the Graduation Ceremony or Reception. I also understand that if I later choose to participate, I will be reimbursed once I have completed my assigned

There are several areas in which you can serve. Below is a brief explanation of the role of the Board, which is one of the available service opportunities. Many additional roles are also offered to ensure families can participate in a way that best fits their skills and availability.


Please review all the different areas you can sign up to help below.

Activity Support Council


The purpose of an ASC (Activity Support Council) is to group similar activities under umbrella councils so they can benefit from shared knowledge, leadership, and full representation within NJHSA. Councils create opportunities for families to meet, exchange ideas, offer and receive support, and enjoy the companionship of others who share similar interests.

Councils include: Academics, Athletics, Fine Arts, Music, Social Cultural.

Each council has an ASC Representative.


  1. ASC Representative is the liaison between the Council Activity leaders and the Executive Board.

  2. ASC Representative Alternate serves as the ASC Rep voice on the NJHSA Board when the Rep is not available.

  3. The Executive Committee of the Board consists of the Officers of the Board: President, Vice-President,

    Secretary and Treasurer.


The Full Board The Board consists of the following members: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Activity Support Council Representatives (1 per ASC).

  • Please read the NJHSA Waiver

  • In order to be covered by NJHSA insurance the same names must also appear in the Membership Registration

  • Enter the FIRST names of all children under age of 18 (separated by a comma) who will participate in NJHSA events (add last name if different)
