Please contribute to our performance by signing up to serve on one of our teams. Not only will you be providing a much needed service, you will find joy and cameraderie working alongside our wonderful students and parents!

Check the areas you would like to serve:*

Drama Director (Assign and train students with speaking parts)

Drama Assistant (Assist the drama director at rehearsals)

Script Assistant (Prompter for rehearsals and performance. Work with student memorization)

Set Design (Background sets, screen visuals, etc.)

Costumes (Providing a list of authentic wardrobes for each role. Working with parents to assemble costumes.

Program (Preparing and printing programs for the performance)

Props (Helping provide items that are held by the actors)

Choreography (Helping individuals where needed, and assisting with group movements at rehearsal)

Auditions (Working with directors to balance student assignments)

Music Assistant (Rehearse soloists, and small groups)

Stage Manager (Help with blocking, line-ups)

Educational Consultant (Researching topics that relate to the play & providing handouts, games, etc)

Enrichment Coordinator (Work w/Ed. Consultant to provide enrichment activities for students/parents)

Communications (Work with directors to keep families informed of schedules, announcements.)

Attendance (Check in students at each rehearsal, keep record of attendance)

Hospitality (Refreshments at final rehearsal and performance. Greet guests and newcomers)

Crafts (For younger student’s program. To provide thematic activity or crafts)

PARENT'S STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT

Realizing that choral singing is a skill that must be developed systematically, I will (unless providentially hindered) have my child at every rehearsal on time and prepared to work. I will support all events the chorus is involved in and encourage my child's musical interest whenever possible. I understand that if I cannot fulfill these commitments, my child may be excluded from performances and may forfeit further participation in chorus.

I also understand that my involvement is necessary for the choir program to run smoothly. I will gladly fulfill my responsibility to help monitor and clean up the church on Choir Thursdays.

Furthermore I understand that participation in this program is a privilege and that in order for the staff to plan accordingly, I will commit to the checked off semesters above and will communicate to the staff should extenuating circumstances arise.

Lastly, I commit to being in good financial standing within the program. I will make all payments by the due date as required.

TUITION MONTHLY PAYMENT

Ensembles will be billed at $31/month, and Choirs at $37/month (10% sibling discount).

Please note only credit card information can be saved. If you select another form of payment, the full annual tuition will be expected by September 14, 2025.
