If you have more than 3 student, first complete and submit this form after which you will have an opportunity to register additional students.
(You do not have to pay a second time.
Registration and building fee is one per family)

REGISTRATION $50 AND BUILDING FEE $50

If you have more than 3 students and need to fill a new form, remember you only have to make one $100 payment for your family to register
